What It Does

The QRFixer Bulk QR Code Generator converts tabular data rows from CSV (Comma-Separated Values) spreadsheets into hundreds of individual, high-resolution QR code graphics simultaneously. Operating entirely within client-side browser memory, the utility parses columns, renders each row onto an isolated canvas matrix, names files based on your spreadsheet identifiers, and compresses the complete batch into a single downloadable ZIP archive.

How It Works โ€” Step-by-Step Guide

Batch process high-volume QR matrices seamlessly with four automated steps.

1

Upload Your CSV Spreadsheet

Export your data from Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or LibreOffice as a standard .csv document and drop it into the designated upload area.

CSV PARSER ENGINE
Spreadsheet Structure UTF-8 Comma Delimited
Row Identification Automatic Header Mapping
Processing Mode Client-Side Memory
2

Map Content & Naming Columns

Select which column holds your links, identifiers, or text strings. Optionally choose an identifier column (such as table numbers or names) to label each image file cleanly.

DYNAMIC FIELD MAPPING
Payload Column Links / Text
File Name Column ID / Table Number
Collision Prevention Auto-Increment Suffix
3

Configure Dimensions & Colors

Adjust output resolution (150px to 800px) and select high-contrast dark pattern colors to align with your corporate branding or packaging specifications.

Universities and schools generate personalized student portal credentials, library card access codes, and campus asset tracking tags from student records.

Frequently Asked Questions

Direct answers regarding spreadsheet formatting, file limits, and batch compression:

How do I export my spreadsheet into the required CSV format?

In Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, or Google Sheets, click File > Download / Save As > Comma-Separated Values (.csv). Upload that downloaded document directly into our generator.

Is there a limit on how many rows I can process at once?

There are no artificial limits. However, because processing occurs inside your device memory, batches of 100 to 500 rows at a time deliver the fastest and smoothest performance across standard laptop computers.

Can I encode Wi-Fi credentials or phone numbers in bulk?

Yes. You can place standard URL links, telephone URI strings (e.g. tel:+15550199), or formatted Wi-Fi credentials (e.g. WIFI:T:WPA;S:MySSID;P:MyPassword;;) in your content column.

Are the downloaded bulk images watermarked?

No. Every PNG image inside your downloaded ZIP archive is completely clean, high-resolution, and 100% free for commercial printing with zero watermarks.

How are duplicate file names handled during generation?

If duplicate names exist in your chosen naming column, the system automatically appends an incremental counter suffix (e.g. file_1.png, file_2.png) to prevent files from overwriting each other inside the ZIP archive.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Data Privacy Note

Spreadsheet parsing, QR matrix rendering, and ZIP archive compression are executed entirely within your browser memory using client-side JavaScript. Your customer rosters, attendee lists, inventory numbers, and private links are never uploaded to, stored on, or viewed by our servers.
